Guest Registration
All guests must present their ID for registration with local authorities before checking-in.
Documents can be submitted through the reservation provider's messaging system or on WhatsApp.
Tourist tax is due to the City Council: 3,00 euro per person per night (kids up to 14 years of age are exempt).
We have an obligation to collect the tourist tax amount on their behalf.
Tourist tax can be paid before arrival via PayPal: instructions sent after reservation.
Check-in time is 16:00
Check-out time is 10:00
We are normally happy to accommodate early check-in / late check-out requests, provided the apartment is free.
If there is an overlapping reservation, we will keep your luggage before check-in or after check-out.
Please consider that confirmation can only be provided on short notice, depending on plans of departing/arriving guests.
Self check-in devices and procedures have been setup for your convenience and safety.
You can arrive anytime after the check-in time stated on your reservation (normally 16:00) without any notice.
A personal code will be sent on the day of your arrival to open the apartment.
This code is personal and will be automatically disabled on the day of your departure, at the check-out time.
We are always available to assist you during the check-in process, both via telephone and in person, if required.
The cleaning charge does not cover dishes, cutlery, cookware, cooking devices and surfaces.
Before leaving the apartment, we ask our guests to kindly:
Use the provided dishwasher to wash dishes, cutlery, cookware;
Clean all surfaces;
Clean hub, oven and all other devices.
Please ensure that waste are differentiated as required by the City Council and disposed of in the appropriate bins:
Plastic and Metals
Paper
Glass
Organic
Non-recyclable
Waste bags can be disposed in containers located on the street, in the near proximity of the apartment.
BayView Posillipo is a NON-SMOKING accommodation.
Please refrain from smoking both inside the apartment and on balconies.
Please refrain from organizing parties and hosting non-registered guests.
